Returns for a full refund are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please call our distribution department at (212) 925-0606 ext. 3600 for all refunds and exchanges or to report any technical problems. If you receive a DVD that was damaged during shipment, please contact us at 212-925-0606 and we will replace it at no cost. If a DVD is damaged after purchase, a replacement copy can be obtained for 50% of the list price, plus shipping and handling. All damaged DVDs must be returned prior to replacement.
