| We’re excited to share that 7 WMM films and filmmakers are in the line-up at CPH: DOX this year, and Executive Director Debra Zimmerman will be in attendance at the festival! Continuing its successful festival run — including premieres at Venice, Toronto, DOC NYC, and Palm Springs — WMM Release BYE BYE TIBERIAS (dir. Lina Soualem) will be screening at CPH: DOX. After great receptions at their world premieres at Berlinale, Production Assistance Program films INTERCEPTED (dir. Oksana Karpovych, prod. Giacomo Nudi) and REAS (dir. Lola Arias, prod. Gema Juárez Allen) will also screen. Additionally, new films by WMM filmmaker Ramona Diaz (AND SO IT BEGINS) and WMM program alums Eva Weber (MERKEL), Brett Story (UNION), and Yance Ford (POWER) will also premiere. Last but not least, we are excited that Carla Gutierrez, who edited WMM Release WONDER WOMEN!, will have the international premiere of her new directorial debut FRIDA. |
