Q. How many bios can be listed?
A. Only two bios of your director, co-director, or producer can be shown but we can link to other bios that are available online in the links section. The two bios can both have images to go along with them.
Q. What size should the photo used for the top banner be?
A. The amount of the image that shows depends on the size of the browser window. For a 15 inch screen, the width to height ratio is 5:1. In general, try to pick a photo that is horizontally aligned, and will look good if part of the image is cut off. In terms of resolution, 72 dpi or higher is fine.
Q. Can I make the banner at the top of the page high resolution?
A. In order to ensure that they load properly, the banners are sized for optimal web resolution.
Q. It is hard to read the title of my film against the photo banner at the top. Can we change it?
A. We can add a dark blue background to the text if you think it is hard to read.
Q. Can we change the position of the image on the top banner?
A. We can move the image up and down so that it shows the photo in the best way, but it will not show the same way to everyone. It is dependent on the width of your browser and monitor.
Q. Can I change the thumbnail images on the left side of the screen?
A. Yes, we can change the order or add/delete images. Also, when those are opened, then can be saved at full resolution.
Q. Is it possible to put the donation widget onto my own page?
A. Click the “Click here for code” and it will show the code to embed the widget on your (or anyone else’s) site.
